It’s been a long road for Rozelle Phillips, she moved from Trinidad to London to pursue her dream of becoming a performing artist.
A good example of perseverance and will to see her dream come true, Rozelle Phillips finally made it to X Factor auditions earlier this year to hopefully become part of the contest 12 finalists and maybe the winner of this year’s X Factor
Rozelle believes she has the X-Factor and so does her grandmother, who same as Rozelle used to do before moving to the UK watched the auditions on the Internet. Rozelle’s grandmother always believed in her granddaughter talent, and Rozelle’s unforgetable performance of Jennifer Hudson’s “One Night Only” proved her right. Her granddaughter shone and mesmerized judges and public alike with her rendition of the song. You could even see Simon Cowell’s Cash Smile!.
We’ll have to wait for a few weeks to see what awaits to Rozelle in this contest but we believe she already deserves a place in the final 12.
